One of Europe's most innovative property developers and co-investors. John has a passion for design-led development, which is what led him to co-found the Manhattan Loft Corporation in London in 1992. When he expanded the business into Paris in 1998, he met Philippe Starck, which led to the formation of yoo.

From the beginning, yoo provided design and marketing services to residential property projects. Later, yoo moved to a co-investment model, working with like-minded developers around the world. Today, John leads the continuing expansion and development of the yoo business internationally.

Jagdish has extensive experience of working at all different levels of the real estate sector, from property consultants and investment managers to developers and financiers. Prior to Yoo Capital his role was of UK controller of the Dutch financial institution ING Real Estate.

With an auditing and commercial background Jagdish has excelled in combining finance, legal, management and commercial expertise in various industries, from small start-up's to large multi-nationals. Jagdish has comprehensive experience in dealing with international tax, legal, cultural and management issues and plays a key role in negotiating, advising and managing our
partners globally.

Andrew has been involved in real estate for over 20 years at all stages of the development process as a Quantity Surveyor, Contractor, Project Manager and Developer. He has worked with John Hitchcox for over 14 years both at Manhattan Loft and at Yoo since inception.

Andrew heads up the development and investment side of the business and has been instrumental in delivering many of Yoo's more profitable developments - carrying out much of the due diligence and risk assessment work required prior to any Yoo investment. With his extensive knowledge of the development process he is ideally placed to evaluate new project partners and ventures.

Jonathan has over 25 years experience in real estate. Originally from a surveying background he has an in-depth knowledge of both investment and development across a broad range of markets.

Previously Jonathan worked at Manhattan Loft Corporation for 16 years, where he was responsible for a number of the group's investment funds along with a large number of their major development site acquisitions.

Jonathan is also involved in the planning and strategic investment area of the company's activities.

Kirk is a developer with over 20 years experience in the London residential market and brings a creative and entrepreneurial approach to Yoo. He was the founder of the creative, acclaimed and widely published brand "Square Foot" completing dozens of schemes and hundreds of units, across multiple niches from lofts to super-prime, both conversion and new build.

As principal his experience covered project acquisition, concept, financing, planning, delivery and marketing. Kirk joined Yoo in 2011 to assemble and deliver the London Living and Private Estates development portolios.

Charles has been in the property business for over 30 years, having been a partner in a high profile north London estate agents until 1989.

Previously he was a consultant to Manhattan Loft Corporation for 12 years during which time he oversaw the rolling joint venture programme between the company and the Church of England.

Since then he has undertaken numerous property investments and developments throughout the UK with particular emphasis on the leisure sector.

Suzanne is an experienced personal assistant with over 10 years experience of administration in the property sector.

Previously she worked at Manhattan Loft Corporation for 8 years.

Currently Suzanne is responsible for the smooth running of the office as well as working closely with the rest of the team to co-ordinate projects.

David is an experienced financial analyst and controller with over 15 years experience in finance and accountancy.

Previously David worked at SMPA, a UK property company, as deputy to the group Finance Director and also assisted with many aspects of its IT, Telecommunication and HR requirements.

He joined the group in early 2010 and is responsible for financial analysis and is part of the Yoo Capital acquisitions team.

Carsten has been involved in real estate for more than 20 years encompassing residential, hotels, retail, shopping centres and offices.

As an investor and developer, Carsten handles all aspects of the projects from acquisition, construction, financing through to the final sale.

Lloyd has over 17 years' experience in real estate principal investing. He has been involved in real estate acquisitions and asset management across the Europe, USA, India and Latin America.

Lloyd was responsible for the European real estate private equity at Marathon Asset Management, a multi-billion global investment fund. Prior to joining Marathon Asset Management, Lloyd was Managing Director of Starwood Capital Europe.
