Yoo Capital Investment Management marks a new chapter in the history of the firm with the launch of a joint venture between two world-class investment managers to raise a series of real estate funds.

The partnership is the combination of best-in-class skills: Astarte Capital as institutional builders of large discretionary asset management businesses, and Yoo Capital Management a proven real estate private equity team specialising in real estate placemaking and dealmaking.

The first fund in this series, Yoo Capital Fund II, L.P., was launched in late 2019 targeting £400 million of discretionary capital and announced its first close in April 2020.
