John Hitchcox is one of the most influential and well-respected entrepreneurs of his time and a pioneer in the global property industry. As Chairman and founder of YOO, Hitchcox and his partner, celebrated designer Philippe Starck, has built YOO in to one of the world’s leading placemaking and design brands since its inception in 1999. YOO is the powerhouse behind some of the most innovative and creative residential and hotel developments across the globe. Today, John leads the continuing expansion and development of the YOO Group of businesses internationally.
Lloyd Lee, serves at the Managing Partner of Yoo Capital Management with overall responsibility for the firm’s investment strategy as well as for originating and negotiating its major transactions. He also chairs the firm’s Investment Committee.
Lloyd brings over 24 years’ experience in real estate private equity and principal investing and has been involved in £12 billion of real estate acquisitions, public and private corporate opportunities, special situations and asset management turnarounds across the UK, EU, US and emerging markets in Turkey, India and Latin America.
Combining bulge bracket private equity experience with a granular knowledge of all major real estate asset classes, he has been a fundamental value investor in real estate on behalf of major institutional public and private investors since 1998.
Andrew has key responsibility for overseeing all the firm’s key construction and development relationships, as well as oversight of the firm’s internal and external development teams.
Notably, in the last five years, Andrew has overseen the successful delivery of over 1.7 million square feet across Greater London of institutional quality real estate development.
In 1998 Andrew joined John Hitchcox when he founded YOO to oversee development and investment opportunities and establish Yoo Capital Management.
Prior to joining Yoo Capital Management, Igor has served over 10 years as principal at some of the most prestigious global investment and development firms including Round Hill Capital and Hines UK.
Most recently, Mr. Mathias led the formation and expansion of Kalumbila Town Development Corporation, the masterplanned township of a major mining operation housing over 10,000 residents, including schools, hospitals, offices as well as mortgage and life insurance companies.
He has led and managed investment, asset management and development teams in the commercial, residential, retail, student housing and industrial assets across the UK and internationally.
Dominic Holmes is a seasoned development and construction professional with responsibilities for the large-scale development activities at Yoo Capital Management.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Holmes served at Capital and Counties (LSE: CAPC), a FTSE 250 real estate company, focusing on the company’s major urban regeneration projects.
He is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience at all stages of the development lifecycle. Mr. Holmes has led and managed development teams delivering commercial, residential, retail and educational schemes across Greater London and the UK.
Will Dickens brings more than 20 years of real estate capital formation experience across the UK and Europe, forging strong relationships with leading public and private institutional investors and family offices, covering all aspects of investment, fund and asset management structures and platforms. Previously, Mr. Dickens has served in leadership roles at Citi Private Bank’s Global Real Estate and Private Equity team, as well as at Henley Investment Management Ltd and King Sturge-JLL.
Mr. Dickens has a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is certified by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Andy Colman currently serves as Finance Director at Yoo Capital Management during its recent launch of Yoo Capital Fund II, L.P. Additionally, Mr. Colman works closely with the partners on managing its current investments with respect to tax structuring, financing as well as corporate governance and financial reporting and administration.
He previously served as Finance Director for CBRE Global Investment Advisors, and has also served as advisor to specialist funds and major family offices on complex transactions and structuring.
Prior to investment fund management, Mr. Colman worked at PWC advising global private equity firms on structuring complex transactions across the UK and Europe. He has considerable commercial, transactional and structuring experience as well as broad finance, accounting and tax skills.
Mr. Colman is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over thirty years experience in the investment management and real estate markets.

Louise Page-Jennings is Yoo Capital’s Director of Communications and Social Impact with responsibility for the implementation of the firm’s ESG strategy.
Prior to joining Yoo Capital Management, Ms Page-Jennings spent eight years in public affairs and communications, specialising in real estate. During this time she advised on the communications and consultation strategies for large-scale development projects across London and the UK, and worked on campaigns to raise awareness of new and emerging tenures across all levels of government.
Nicholas Rush serves as Vice President at Yoo Capital Management and specialises in acquisitions, asset management and capital raising.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rush served as Vice President at The Townsend Group, focusing on evaluating real estate fund managers and also evaluating co-investment opportunities for the firm alongside some of the world’s top investment fund managers.
Chris Ray serves as Development Manager at Yoo Capital Management, he specializes in real estate development notably acquisitions, planning and construction.
He has 8+ years’ international experience in real estate development having worked within the UK and the Middle East, and has delivered a variety of projects worth over £250m in different sectors.
Chris joined the team in 2020, having previously worked at The Office Group, an investment company owned by Blackstone Real Estate Partners, Gulf Related, a joint venture between Gulf Capital and Related Companies, and JLL.
and Andrew Thorpe
Alexandra Head serves as the Executive Assistant to Lloyd Lee and Andrew Thorpe. She is also responsible for all firm administration and assists in investor relations as the firm’s investment funds continue to grow.
Prior to joining Yoo Capital Management, Ms Head has served in management and administration for major family offices across the UK.
Phoebe Loades serves as the Executive Assistant at Yoo Capital. She is responsible for the coordination, administration and office management of the wider Yoo Capital team.
Prior to joining Yoo Capital Management, Ms Loades provided assistance and management to Private Family Offices and UHNWI’s around Central London.
Rupert is the Managing Director of RSBGi, with over 25 years’ international experience within the real estate and infrastructure asset class. Rupert is accountable for bringing new investment opportunities to RSBGi, which is part of RSBG, a wholly owned subsidiary of RAG Stiftung, a German Foundation fund set up in 2008 to manage the perpetual environmental, social and economic consequences of shutting down hard coal extraction in Germany. Previously he has worked as a senior investment executive for Norges Bank Investment Management the sovereign wealth fund of Norway. He also had a long career spanning KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers on delivering new alternative investment funds and capital projects across the globe.
As a Senior Advisor at Yoo Capital, Rupert brings a wealth of experience within the real estate and investment sector and works closely with the investment management team, strengthening the firms relationships with investors as well as developing new partnerships.
Tom is a CEO-level professional with more than 20 years’ experience specialising in the nexus of hospitality and entertainment real estate and finance. Prior to launching his own Travel Hospitality Entertainment Consultancy, Tom was CEO of Aina Hospitality, the Edmond de Rothschild Luxembourg-regulated hotel private equity fund. Other prior positions include roles at Live Nation, Hyatt, Société des Bains de Mer, Barclays and Bank of Scotland working on projects in over 70 countries. Tom has also taught at two of the leading hotel schools in Europe, as adjunct faculty at the École Hotelier de Lausanne and currently as visiting lecturer to the Glion International Hotel School, teaching both undergraduates and Masters’ students.
For the past three years, Tom has been an Advisor to Yoo Capital on all aspects of Hospitality and Live Entertainment, working closely on Olympia and is an Economics graduate from the University of Leicester.
